Sarah Kalina, FNP is a board certified family nurse practitioner. A native Oregonian, she began her education at Oregon State University and graduated from the nursing program at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) in 2002. She worked in the intensive care unit and emergency room before and while attending OHSU where she received her Masters in Nursing with honors in 2006. She joined Oregon City Family Practice Clinic in August of 2006.
Professionally, she is a member of the Oregon Nurse’s Association, Nurse Practitioners of Oregon and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys mentoring future nurse and nurse practitioner students and volunteering at local free clinics.
Personally, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and four children who are all avid Oregon State College Football fans.
She has a special interest in women’s health care, specifically disease prevention, menstrual abnormalities and family planning.
Sarah is currently in on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
